        2. Courier label and bags
          • Red (KLE) vs. blue bags (Amigos)
          • Can't find a label? Go to https://www.henryindustriesinc.com/ -- services tab. The documents here are very long, and besure to print only the page you need
        3. Dedicated ILL space in the library
        4. Patron slips at the circulation desk
  3. Items you cannot find - Kelly (OCLC)
    • Check Amazon or Goodreads: has the item been published yet?
    • Postage to ship one book back to lender = about $3.00 using library mail
    • swkls.org -> request forms -> ILL request -> my email
      • Books, CDs, DVDs, subject searches
    • You will receive an email back with the results of my search, and the item will be sent directly to your library. Sometimes, we can use the courier, depending on the lender
    • If Kelly cannot find the item in OCLC, and your patron really wants the item... consider: Would this be a good item to add to our collection? discuss with your director
      • PDA (Patron Driven Assessment)
