For DECT (cordless) handsets to be able to access Shared Parking orbits, we have created four (4) dummy extensions (771, 772, 773, 774). These extensions have forwarding rules set to External Number and SP1, SP2, SP3, SP4 respectively.
- To pick up a call from Shared Parking on a DECT handset, dial the corresponding dummy extension (SP1 would be 771).
- To place a call in Shared Parking, use the Transfer option and the dummy extension number.
NOTE: This is also the procedures for the 3CX Web Client.
