Company Phonebook

The handsets pull the contact number from the Mobile field entry, not the Business field.

An Update option is available in the handset touchscreen for the remote (company) phonebook. Recent changes may require updating on the handset.

Voicemail Lockout

There is no way to manually unlock a voice-mail account once it has been locked out by entering a wrong PIN number 3 times. However it will automatically unlock after 5 minutes.
